Roads & Feet

We all go down our own roads before anyone paves the way.

New roads – all the time.

You may tell someone you’ve been down that road and you know what they are going through – but you simply don’t.

Now, you may have been down that road in your shoes.

We all know how different the same road can feel with two different pairs of shoes.

Some shoes have tough bottoms, and some let you feel every crack and pebble.

Then … there’s the matter of FEET!

My point?

There are a lot of parts of a person we cannot see.

Like the bottom of our feet, so much of us is hidden.

Everyday there are things we deal with that change us just a little.

How about the things we don’t deal with? Yup, that changes us a little too.

Even though in life there is so much joy to be had, life is quite an undertaking.
